Rome, April 10 - Great satisfaction at Monnalisa. After last year’s recognition and the special mention from "Valore Donna", for support policies for female employment, Monnalisa has again been reconfirmed  in the 2018 edition of the SMEs Welfare Index, an initiative - promoted by Generali Italia with the participation of the major Italian Trade Unions - which highlights and enhances the actions of small and medium-sized Italian companies within the welfare sector.

 

In the Welfare Champion category 38 SMEs were included in over 4,000 that were analyzed, distinguishing themselves for "... a corporate welfare system of significant scope and high intensity, orientation towards social innovation, a notable economic and organizational commitment and the systematic involvement of employees. "

 

The awards ceremony was held this morning in Rome, in the Salone delle Fontane,   in the presence of Institutional representatives, sponsoring associations and the press.
